Have you heard of an online or Instagram community? I never really knew about it or even thought about “joining” a community but then I ended up unknowingly (more like unplanned actually) in an Instagram community! Though some people may find it weird or impossible, it is something I am so grateful for and so glad to have in my life – being part of a community actually changed and impacted my life – specifically my health and fitness journey!
In mid-2015 I had finally gotten “the hang of” motherhood but had lost all things fitness and health along the way. I tried running but was frustrated with my progress. Before my pregnancy, I was an avid runner. I loved running long distance and had completed my first full marathon. But with a baby it was hard to be out for long amounts of time running, so I was looking for something different.
Woah! Just like that we are only a few days away from 2017! I have shared how 2016 went for me in terms of meeting and also failing some of my goals and I’m ready to do it all over again in 2017. I have never felt such purpose in what I was doing and waking up each day knowing what my intentions were, being able to accomplish little things each day that led me to completing my goal and just feelings so overall productive!
