I don’t know about you but I absolutely enjoy an Instagram challenge. Especially when it’s POP Pilates related. I have been wanting to come up with my own challenge and there couldn’t be a better time than now with the new year just around the corner!
I think we are never more optimistic and motivated than we are when a new year begins so let’s take advantage of that and let’s get into the groove by doing this challenge!Continue Reading
It’s the end of the year already?! I guess time was only slow when I was a kid wishing that I could be a grownup so all my problems would go away.
At the beginning of the year I had written down some goals I wanted to reach and accomplish in the health and fitness area of my life. I also met more Singaporean popsters afterwards on instagram as I randomly found them in the different hashtags used. I was excited and looking forward to meeting them and working out with them and just sharing the love we have for Cassey and Blogilates.Continue Reading
